It was GOING to be an as-close-as-I-could-get version of the Under Tow vigor from the game, but I couldn't find a bottle that matched. ): So now its just inspired.
Stained the bottle blue and made the octopus/squid out of clay, then painted it. The glow was created by cutting open a glowstick and pouring it in.
